FULL VIEW PLEASE !!

Graphite on paper, digitally colored with photoshop.


I never played this game actually, but I always find contests interesting, that's a good way to surmount my own limits by confronting others artists.

I didn't want to sink into the stereotype of the "monsters killer"... It allows a bit of serenity in this brutal world ;)

I don't know if these two characters ever meet in the story, but as always, I like to draw couples and love scenes, so it was a good pretext :)
(And I wanted to draw fireflies too :P)

I think the scar is actually supposed to be on his left eye, just as you have it. I haven't played the game, but every other picture or video I've seen of him has had it on his left eye. I think they must've just posted a flipped version of a picture of him on the deviant art page for some reason. Anyways, very neat style you have here. The textures add some visual interest as well, and the orbs really bring some light into the picture. Good luck in the contest! :)

great anatomy and mood, only sth about her foot looks a bit odd...

hm, I've also seen renders of this character, but she doesn't appear in the game...
I really wonder who she is.

I also think it's on his left eye.
